Home Staging Case Study: Sherman Oaks

Staging is more than just furniture. It’s presenting a lifestyle that a buyer can imagine themselves living.

The sale of 11231 Briarcliff Lane in Studio City is a great case study of the effectiveness of my style of representation.  I interviewed for this listing and advised that I would like to have about two weeks to get the house ready with staging, cleaning, storage and professional photography.  The owners wanted the property on the market immediately and opted to use a different agent without any preparation for the market. After about three months they called me back to the property and informed me that they had not received any offers and they were now willing to let me and my production team get the house prepared for a re-launch.  After freshening up, removing clutter, painting and staging I had the property under contract in less than 3 weeks.
